The government has directed that beneficiaries who were granted social security pension / welfare fund board pension up to December 31, 2025, must complete their annual mustering from July 17, 2026 to October 31, 2026.

The Director of the Local Self Government Department (Rural), as per Notification No. LSGD/PD/4269/2024-EER1 dated 06.09.2024, published in the 288th Extraordinary Gazette dated 07.09.2024, has fixed the number of seats to be filled through the election held in Kankole-Alappadamba Grama Panchayat in Kannur District as 15, and based on the same, draft proposals for dividing the said Grama Panchayat into 15 constituencies and determining the boundaries of such constituencies were published as per Notification No. SDC/946/2024/SDC6 dated 18.11.2024, and time was allowed up to 04.12.2024 for submitting objections and opinions regarding the said proposals, but as no objections were received to the draft proposals, Kankole-Alappadamba Grama Panchayat has been divided into 15 constituencies under Section 10 of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, as published in the list appended hereto.
